    1/2 cup baking mix
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/4 cup egg beaters southwestern style
    4 oz canned ham, diced


Preheat Xpress with divider pan and spray with nonstick cooking spray
Combine baking mix and milk, stir and place in one well
Place diced ham in other well, close cover and cook 2 minutes
Mix eggs together and season with s&p (optional)
Pour over ham close cover and continue cooking 7 minutes or til done.

Serving Size: makes 1 biscuit and 1 egg and ham
