Ingredients

    1 Multi-grain Kangaroo Sandwich Pocket (1/2 pita pocket)
    1 Cup of bag salad (I used Romaine Hearts)
    1 Tbsp of Newman's Own Light Cranberry Walnut salad dressing.
    1 Tbsp of unsalted Sunflower Seeds
    1 Tbsp of Dried Cranberries

Directions

Throw salad, salad dressing, sunflower seeds and cranberries in a Tupperware container with a lid. With the lid on, shake Tupperware container until dressing is evenly distributed. Fill Sandwich Pocket with salad mixture and enjoy your lunch!! Easy peazy!!
