Excellent for dinner, a real comfort food. Excellent for dinner, a real comfort food.
Number of Servings: 4


    1.5 pounds of ground sirloin or extra lean burger
    1 small onion
    3 med. potatoes (thinly sliced)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can skim milk
    1 cup of green beans or peas
    salt and pepper


Brown onion and ground beef. Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Put a thin layer of sliced potatoes over top of beef. Add green beans or peas. Mis together soup and milk. Pour over top of the meat mixture and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 covered with foil for 1.5 hours. Enjoy
