    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/4 cup egg whites/egg substitute
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix
    4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    3 cups fat free milk


Sautee onion and pepper in oil. Combine hash browns, sausage, pepper, and onion. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. In a mixing bowl, wisk Bisquick, salt, pepper, egg substitute and milk. Pour liquid mixture over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 370 degrees until set in the middle. About 45 minutes in my oven.
