Ingredients

    1/2 c spelt flour
    1/2 c yellow cornmeal
    1 large egg
    1/2 c non fat milk
    2 Tbsp maple syrup if no applesauce
    1.5 c blueberries

Directions

Place drop of oil on grill, and when hot, pour pancake mixture, to make 3-4" pancake, flip when bubbly around edges.

Serve if desired, with yogurt and orange wedges and maple syrup

Serving Size: Makes 6 3-4" pancakes (3 per serving)
