    1.5 to 2 pound boston butt pork roast (calorie info based on 2lb roast)

    6 table spoons of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (or sauce of your choice)

    Spices of your choice (not included in calorie count)


Put roast into the crock pot, add about 1/3 cup water to the bottom, sprinkle roast with spices of your choice and slow cook on low for 6 hours, OR until the meat pulls apart easily with a fork. (cooking time may vary with different appliances)

pull roast out of the liquid in the crock pot and pull apart, stir in your barbque sauce, if you want to keep the meat warm, drain your crock pot and put the cooked meat back inside.
