Make a moist muffin with strawberry and banana flavors Make a moist muffin with strawberry and banana flavors
Number of Servings: 24


    1 1/4 cup plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 cup sugar
    2/3 cup oats

    2 cups nonfat strawberry yogurt (about 2 little pots)
    4 oz. 2% milk
    2 oz. water
    1 egg, beaten
    1 banana, mashed


Pre-heat oven at 170 Celsius
In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients together.
Add in the wet ingredients and then mix together by hand.
Spoon into muffin tins (should make 24 small muffins).
Cook for 20 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: makes 24 small muffins
