    1 1/4 oz pkg dry yeast
    1/4 cup warm water
    1.5 cups white flour
    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp honey
    3/4 cup cold water
    2 tbsp flax meal


In a small glass bowl dissolve the yeast in warm water for 10 minutes until bubbly.

In a large bowl or mixing stand, combine flour, salt, olive oil, honey and cold water. Knead until smooth and glossy, about 10 minutes. Place the dough in a well oiled bowl coating the dough. Cover it in plastic wrap and a warm damp towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Set oven to 450. Divide and shape the dough into 12 inch rounds top with your favorite healthy toppings and cook 10-15 minutes until toasted brown.

Dough can also be placed in a plastic bag and frozen for future use.
