    Gianelli Mild Italian Sausage, Turkey, 2 servings, sliced
    Pasta, Barilla Cellentani, 16 oz
    Wegmans Diavolo Sauce, 2.5 cup
    Petite Diced Tomatoes, Wegmans, 1.75 cup, drained
    Garlic, 2 clove, chopped
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp


Cook pasta according to directions on package,

While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce:
Sauté garlic in olive oil until slightly brown and aromatic, about 1 minute.
Add turkey sausage and sauté until cooked through.
Add diced tomatoes and sauté about 1 minute.
Add Diavolo sauce, and dry ingredients and heat through.

Drain pasta, combine pasta and sauce and toss to thoroughly coat. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serving Size: Makes 6 'healthy' sized servings
