Ingredients

    1 medium banana, frozen
    1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
    2 teaspoons Splenda 50/50 blend
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 tablespoons carrot juice (optional)
    1 tablespoon rolled oats
    1 dash salt
    1/3 cup ice cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients except ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 16 oz. drink
