    1 egg
    1 1/3 Tablespoon green pepper
    1 1/3 Tablespoon red pepper
    1 1/3 Tablespoon chopped onion
    1/4 potato
    1/2 Tablespoon shredded cheese
    1 teaspoon olive oil


Chop peppers, onion and potato
fry in 1 tsp olive oil
beat egg with cheese
scramble with vegetables.
