Ingredients

    2 tbs. Canola Oil
    1/2 cup green beans, cut
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 large potatoes, diced
    1/2 lbs. Beef soup bone with meat
    1 can chick peas
    1 quart V8 juice

    Put oil in pan and brown the soup meat. Add the chopped carrots, onion, celery and stir.

    Add the V8 juice and any other vegetable that you would like.

    When the meat is done, remove from soup, cut into small pieces and return to the soup.

    Cook soup until it is the right stage of doneness for you.
