    8 wings - tips removed and separated at joint
    1/4 c honey
    1/3 c Dijon mustard
    1/2 t dry mustard
    1 clove garlic - grated
    1 T juice from grated ginger root
    1/8 - 1/4 t cayenne pepper - adjust to heat wanted
    2 T ketchup
    5 sprays of olive oil


Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Remove wing tip and separate at joints
Dry with paper towel
Spray 13 x 9 baking dish
Salt and pepper both sides of wings.
Bake 20 minutes, turn the wings over and bake another 20 minutes.
While wings are baking, make sauce.
When wings are golden brown, toss with the sauce and return to baking for another 5 minutes to glaze.
