    6 c blueberries
    .25c flour
    .75 cup stevia in the raw
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2/3c + 3tbs butter (smart balance buttery stick)
    2 c flour
    1 tbs lemon juice
    1tsp salt


Crust: mix 2 c flour with 2/3c + 2 tbs buttery stick & 1tsp salt. Roll into top & bottom pie crusts. Fill pie plate with first crust.

In a separate bowl mix blueberries, stevia, .25c flour, cinnamon & lemon juice. Move into lined pie plate, cut up last tbs buttery stick into pieces to sprinkle over blueberries. Apply top pie crust, fluite. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
