    1 Tbsp taco seasoning
    1 T medium taco sauce
    1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    8 oz tilapia
    1/2 Tbsp EVOO

    1 cup shredded cabbage

    1/4 cup greek yogurt
    50g avocado
    1 T taco seasoning, to taste

    4 wheat La Tortilla wrap tortillas


Mix 1 T taco seasoning, taco sauce, and lime juice; coat fish and set aside.

Heat EVOO over medium-high heat. Cook fish ~10 minutes, turning once, until cooked through, breaking apart once cooked.

Mix greek yogurt, avocado, and taco seasoning (to taste).

Serve 2 tortillas with 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and half fish mixture, topping with half yogurt-avocado mixture.
