    Chicken Breast, no skin, 21.60 ounces (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 6 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Rice, long grain, 2.5 cup (remove)


Cook Rice according to package. Remove all Fat from Chicken and cut into bite size strips. Brown chicken in Olive Oil until cooked, do not overcook. Add peppers and onions to chicken, continue to cook untill tender crisp. Serve Chicken and Peppers over Rice.
