    1 1/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 cup chopped fresh brocoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup
    1/2 cup mayo
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cup cubed lean low sodium ham
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    1/2 cup shredded mozzeralla
    1/2 cup milk, nonfat
    1 tbs dried onion
    1 cup crushed potato chips, any flavor you like is good on this


Cook macaroni for only 1/2 the cooking time on package. Mean while, mic every thing else but chips in a large bowl. Add macaroni and mix well. Spread into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan sprayed with Pam. Top with chips and bake at 350 until hot and bubbly, about 25 min.
