    Doña Maria Adobo (Serving size 2 Tbsp/30g), 1 serving
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


Bring the 2 cups chicken broth to a boil before adding in the adobo paste. Whisk the paste in the broth almost continuously until the whole thing turns into a sauce. Turn down to Low heat and keep warm until it's ready to be used.

Heat a wok on High, add oil then minced garlic and diced scallions. Sauté until soft & golden. Add chopped chicken breast and cook until mostly done, then add the adobo sauce and continue cooking, turning heat down to Medium. Continue cooking and add your beans, which have been drained and rinsed. Stir occasionally so as to avoid sticking.

Boil water and cook per instructions on the box.
