    1 large can chicken broth
    1 large can of your favorite red enchilada sauce
    shredded chicken, 1 cup
    1 small can diced green chiles
    1 can diced tomatoes
    lemon (to taste)
    cilantro and shredded cheese (optional, not included in calorie count)


Mix broth, sauce, chiles, and tomatoes in large pot and heat. Add chicken and heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with a squeeze of lemon, fresh cilantro and a little shredded cheese. This is even better than chicken noodle soup for helping you feel better when you have a cold, the spices and lemon and chicklen broth=yum.
