    Zucchini, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Butternut Squash, 0.5 cup, cubes
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg white, 1 serving
    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Tumeric, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.125 cup, chopped
    Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp
    Vegetable Broth, 0.125 cup


Saute the onion in broth while the minced garlic is soaking in beaten egg+white.

Add squashes into pan and let them brown - highest temp.

Pour egg onto veggies and lower heat - cover and let cook for about 10 min.
