Ingredients

    Marinade: 1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 T sesame oil
    2t low sodium teryaki sauce
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1 lb pork tenderloin.

    Glaze: 1/4 cup honey
    2T brown sugar
    4 1/2 T sesame seeds

    Salsa:
    1 cup peeled, diced fresh peaches (about 2 small)
    1 large tomato, diced
    1/2 cup diced avocado (1 medium, firm but ripe)
    1 T minced red onion
    1 T lime juice
    1 t olive oil
    1/4 t each salt and ground red pepper.

Directions

Early in the day or night before: Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow dish or plastic bag. Add pork and refrigerate 6-8 hours. Discard marinade before cooking.

Stir together honey and brown sugar. Brush on pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Slice before serving with salsa.

Salsa;
Combine all ingredients and chill until serving.
