    4kg flaked, steamed fish
    600g diced onions
    250g chopped parsley
    900g raw instant oats
    300ml Sunflower/Vegetable oil for frying


Mix all ingredients and form into fish cakes, about palm sized.
Fry in shallow oil until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and enjoy!

Freezes very well
