    9 slices white bread
    9 large eggs
    3 c milk
    12 oz Jimmy Dean reduced fat sausage OR ham
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 oz smoked swiss/cheddar cheese
    1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
    3/4 tsp onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste


Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan. Cut bread into cubes and place in bottom of pan. Brown sausage and place in pan, distributing evenly over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix milk and spices and pour over (can make ahead and refrigerate overnight).

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
