    950g chicken breast, cut into strips
    2tbs flour
    1tbs paprika
    salt and pepper
    2 tbs oil
    1/2 larg onion, sliced
    250g button mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups chicken stock
    250g greek yoghurt


Mix flour and paprika together and season. Coat chicken strips with flour.

Heat oil and and gently fry onion, then add chicken strips and cook until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and cook another 2 minutes.

Add stock and bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced until thickening (approx 20 mins).

Add greek yoghurt, stir through.

Serving Size: Makes approx 8 1-cup servings
