    4 c. Broccoli flowerets
    4 c. Cauliflower broken into small flowerets
    1 c. Dried Craisins
    1/2 c. chopped Red Onion
    1 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
    4 T. Hormel Real crumbled Bacon
    4 T. Lowfat Mayo
    4 T. Cider Vinegar
    2 tsp. Splenda
    1/2 c. Skim Milk


Put all ingredients except the mayo, vinegar and splenda in a mixing bowl. Blend the mayo, vinegar, skim milk and splenda in a small food processor. Pour over the salad mixture and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours to let the flaovors blend. You and adjust the vinegar or splenda to suit your taste. Makes 10 1 c. servings.
