found this recipe years ago in a cooking light magazine - have always enjoyed this just haven't made it in awhile - I usually make this with bbqued pork chops! found this recipe years ago in a cooking light magazine - have always enjoyed this just haven't made it in awhile - I usually make this with bbqued pork chops!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/3 c packed brown sugar
    1/4 c ketchup
    2 TBSP dijon Mustard
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 16 oz can baked beans (vegetarian bush's)
    1 16 oz can pinto beans (food Lion) drained
    1 16 oz can butter beans (Bush's) drained
    * you can substitute Lima beans for the butter beans

Directions

Drain the pinto and butter beans. mix first 4 ingredients into a casserole dish 1 1/2 quart. Stir in beans. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 mins or until thoroughly heated
