    Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red Wine, 8 fl oz
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Alcohol, Wine, Marsala (1g = 1ml), 125 gram
    S&P to taste

Directions

brown pork in EVOO. add onions and garlic and saute 'til tender. season w/S&P. deglaze w/red wine and marsala. cook, covered for 2 hrs.
