    3 cups cooked kidney beans
    500g stewing beef
    4 potatoes, peeled & diced
    2 onions peeled & diced
    3tsp garlic
    3 medium apples
    2tbsp curry powder
    1tsp salt


Add meat, curry powder, salt, onions and garlic to a pot and braise with water.
Cover mixture with enough water and cook for 30 minutes.
Add potatoes, beans and grated apples.
Cook until meat is tender.

Serve with veg and brown rice (veg & rice not calculated in this recipe)
