Ingredients

Yves Mexican Ground Round 1 package
Black Beans PC-Blue Menu, 1 can (540 ml)
Dark Red Kidney Beans PC - Blue Menu, 1 can (549 ml)
Diced Tomatoes PC - Blue Menu, 1 can (796 ml)
Compliments Beans in tomato Sauce, 1 can (398 ml)
Chilli powder to taste (about 1-2 tsp, but you can add more or less if you like)
Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp (optional)
Directions
in a colander rinse black and kidney beans. (not beans in tomato sauce), and add them to slow cooker or pot.
add remaining ingredients.
Note: The longer chilli powder cooks the hotter it gets, If you like really hot chilli can add more just keep that in mind. Also if you like really hot chilli adding a little cinnamon helps keep the flavour from going flat.
In a slow cooker cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
If cooking in a pot on the stove bring to a broil while stirring and then let simmer on low for an hour.
