    4 c ore ida country style hash browns
    2 c chopped ham
    2 c shredded cheddar
    8 eggs
    2/3 c milk
    salt & pepper


preheat oven to 350. mix hash browns & meet. Place 1/2 in 9x13 greased pan. layer 1/2 cheese on top. then the rest of the hash brown/meat mixture. Mix eggs and milk together - pour on top. layer with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered with foil, 15 minutes uncovered or until brown.

Serving Size: cut into 8 slices
