    1 bunch kale
    1 T olive oil
    1 T vinegar
    pinch salt


Wash and bone dry kale. Take out stems. Tear kale into bits. Mix kale with half of the olive oil. When really mixed in, add other half and mix some more. Sprinkle vinegar and mix. Lay on baking sheet, each alone and unfolded. 300 F oven up to 35 min. Check every 10 mins. Often done in 20 min. You want green and crispy. When out of oven, sprinkle w/a little salt.

Serving Size: makes 2 huge servings
