    20 Jenny O 93/7 Ground Turkey
    1 qt. of home canned tomatoes
    1 sm. can Diced tomatoes with chili's and onion
    1 lg. can of Mushrooms drained and rinsed
    1 lg. can of Brooks Chili beans
    6 oz. of whole wheat elbow macaroni
    Chili powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste


Brown turkey and drain off fat. Puree the quart of tomatoes and add to pot with the rest of the ingredients and spices, except the beans and pasta. Bring to a boil and let simmer to desired consistency adding water if needed. Add the beans and let cook a bit. You might need to add water to cook the pasta. Add the pasta and bring back to a boil then simmer until pasta is done. Otherwise boil pasta and then add to chili later.
