A very filling salad. A very filling salad.
Number of Servings: 6


    Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling, .75 cup
    1 Tablespoon chopped shallots or green onions
    2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped in large pieces
    2 Tablespoons Black Olives, sliced
    1 medium baby carrot
    Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, .50 cup


Cook Tortellini according to package instructions. Chop shallots, broccoli and slice olives as well as the baby carrot.
Nuke broccoli in microwave for 2-3 minutes and cool in cold water. Broccoli should still be crispy, not soggy.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
