Basic Chicken, whole grain penne and peppers stir fry. Basic Chicken, whole grain penne and peppers stir fry.
Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit
    Garlic, .25 cup
    Scallions, raw, 3 large
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 3 tbsp
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 12 peppers
    Mung Beans, 1 cup


Boil pasta per instructions on box.

Quick thaw (using hot water) chicken pieces. Allow to marinate in gallon zip lock bag with Teriyaki sauce while preparing other items. Chop up and de-seed your baby peppers. Dice up your scallions. This is when you would also mince your garlic but I'm currently using some stuff from a jar that comes pre-minced so...

Heat wok and add oil. Toss in your garlic (minced) and your scallions (diced) and saute until soft and slightly colored. Add chicken and cook until done. Add peppers and continue cooking until peppers are softened. Drain your pasta and mix that into the wok as well.
