Introduction

I created this randomly and OMG it was AMAZING!! Felt like I was indulging, but it is SO HEALTHY!! I created this randomly and OMG it was AMAZING!! Felt like I was indulging, but it is SO HEALTHY!!

Ingredients

    Greek Yogurt- 175 grams or about 3/4-1 cup
    Vanilla Protein (I used Six Star Rich French Vanilla)
    1 TBSP Flaxseed
    1 TSP Cinnamon

Directions

I personally reccommend adding a bit of water to the protein, just enough to make it form into a paste like subtance. This will make it easier to mix into the yogurt. Mix all ingredients together and ENJOY!! =D
