Introduction

Spicy salsa you can put on just about anything. Spicy salsa you can put on just about anything.

Ingredients

    .5 can Embasa Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
    The juice of 1 lime and it's zest
    4 finely chopped cloves of garlic
    1 bunch of fresh cilantro finely chopped

Directions

When making this recipe don't use a tupperware bowl unless it is dark colored because the chipotle peppers will stain it.
Finely chop the cilantro and put it in a bowl.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Pour the juice of the chipotle peppers into the mix. Then chop up the peppers and add them to the bowl.
Add the juice of the entire lime to the bowl, don't forget the zest.
You need to let this sit for at least an hour (overnight is better) to allow the flavors to mx.
I use this to marinated tofu, chicken, or even just to dip chips into. Enjoy!
