Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 lb ground chicken breast
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t ground black pepper
    1 t salt-free Italian seasoning
    2 T Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce
    1/4 c grated parmesan
    1/3 c reduced fat blue cheese
    2 T light ranch dressing
    1 T additional Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce
    2 reduced-calorie wheat hamburger buns


1. Preheat grill or skillet.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and 2 T wing sauce. Mix until just combined and form into two patties.
3. Grill or pan-fry until brown on both sides and cooked through, 8-10 minutes. In the last two minutes, top each burger with half of blue cheese and allow to melt.
4. Place burgers on buns and top with 1 T ranch and 1/2 T remaining wing sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 2 burgers
