Quick down and dirty sandwhich Quick down and dirty sandwhich

    1 lg Hard boiled egg
    1/2 to 1 Tbs Lite Mayo
    1/2 to 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 slices of Sprouted Grain Bread


Hard boil egg for 10 minutes then run under cold water if you don't keep HB eggs in the fridge.

Use a fine grater to grate egg (I use my parmesean grater).
add salt, pepper to egg and mix. Add mayo and mustard to taste.

Spread on bread and enjoy.
