    1 1/4 c flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    11/4 c buttermilk
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 egg


mix dry ingredients. add wet ingredients at once and mix just until blended. pour onto a non-stick skillet into 4" pancakes. when bubbles appear, flip until brown on both sides
