Introduction

Leftover steak mixed with a saute of potatoes, bacon, onion and jalapenos. Leftover steak mixed with a saute of potatoes, bacon, onion and jalapenos.

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Beef, top sirloin, 2 oz (from leftovers)
    fingerling potato, 5.3 oz
    Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium (2 pieces)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper

Directions

Melt butter in small sauce pan on medium heat with onion and bacon (chopped). Microwave potatoes for 2 min then add to pan. Once potatoes are soft and onions are starting to caramelize, add in steak cut into 1/2" pieces and jalapeno pepper (chopped).

Serving Size: makes 1 approx 1.5 cup serving
