    24oz ground beef, lean
    1 medium onion raw
    1 large egg
    2 cups cottage cheese, 2% milkfat
    26.5oz spaghetti sauce
    1 box whole wheat lasagna noodles
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    8oz mozzarella cheese or 2 cups grated


cook ground beef with onion. Add sauce. Mix together: cottage cheese, pepper, and egg. Boil lasagna noodles. Layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozarella, three more times. Top with parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
