    1-3/4 cups whole oat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1-1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas
    6 tbsp. mini chocolate chips


Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. In large bowl, beat together applesauce, sugar, egg substitute, and banana. Add flour mixture a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
