Ingredients

1 pound baby octopus cleaned
1/2 pound raw squid, cleaned and de-boned
3 stalks of celery
4 garlic cloves
2 T EVOO
2T oregano
3 sprigs of dill
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
Chili pepper flakes to taste
Half can of black olives (halved)
Handful of cherry tomatoes (halved)
Directions
Mix juices of lemon and lime and all herbs and EVOO. Add minced garlic. Add chili pepper flakes to taste. Let sit 5 minutes.
Dice very small all vegetables. Add vegetables to dressing previously made.
Cut octopus into pieces. Simmer octopus in water with 2 bay leaves for 40 minutes. take out and put on ice to cool. Cut squid into pieces/rings. Cook squid in boiling water for 20-30 seconds. Put on ice to cool.
Add all seafood to bowl with vegetables. Mix so dressing covers everything. Let sit in the fridge for minimum 1 hour (can sit up to 24 hours for more flavor to be drawn out). Serve cold.
