Introduction

Great to take to picnics and such. Serve with crackers on lettuce. Great to take to picnics and such. Serve with crackers on lettuce.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can navy beans (or other white bean)
    1 can black beans
    1/2 medium tomato, diced (or as much as you prefer)
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1 large stalk celery, diced (or as much as you prefer)
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or to taste)
    1-2 tbsp fresh or dried parsley
    1 small zucchini, diced (optional)
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 tbsp fat free ranch dressing

Directions

Mix all ingredients in medium sized bowl. Chill before serving.
