    1 lb lean ground turkey
    italian seasoning (oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme)
    1 can four cheese tomato sauce
    1 large can crushed tomatos
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp (or more) garlic
    Wheat spagetti noodles (enough for 8 - 1 cup servings after cooked)
    2 bunches kale or spinach
    1 large celery stalk
    1 large grated carrot
    pinch red chilli pepper
    1 tbsp worchester sauce
    1 TBSP oregano
    1 TBSP basil


1.Saute onion, garlic and half the jalapeno olive oil till soft
2.Add tomato sauce and canned tomatoes
3.Add seasonings
4.simmer for 3 - 4 hours
5.In seperate bowl - add ground beef, egg, more italian seasoning, garlic and half a jalapeno
6.Mix together with hands
7.Form meats balls - I like to make 1 oz meats balls - which means you will make the meat balls the appropriate size to make 16 meat balls all together
8. bake meat balls in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
9.Boil water - use lots
10.Add noodles
10.Drain but DO NOT RINSE
11.Add 3 - 4 Tbsp of sauce to pasta and mix in.

serves 8 - 1 cup servings and 2 meatballs per serving
