    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 4 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    *Fresh Express shreaded lettus, 2 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp (remove)


combine chicken butter and sliced onions in a pan cook until chicken is done and onions are tender. place on a cutting board and chop fajita style
chop tomatoes green chili peppers corn and beans in to a chunky salsa add in the readymade salsa until you get the desired chunkiness
fill tortillas with chicken and salsa serve lettuce with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
