    Chicken Drum Stick, Tyson, 6 small
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    *Tumeric, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Corn starch Argo 100% pure, 4 tbsp
    Gravy Master browning & seasoning sauce 1 to 2 tbsp to your taste for color


Put washed & dried chicken in pot. Add all ingredients except Gravy Master and corn starch. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer on medium about 45 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a little water to thicken sauce. Pour in pot the Gravy Master and cornstarch stirring constantly until thickened. Serve.
