Ingredients

    Pacific Natural Foods condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 container
    Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins, 10 small to medium tenderloins, baked and shredded
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large, chopped fine.
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp chopped
    Pecans, 2 T, chopped
    Brown Rice, long grain, 2.5 cup cooked (about 2/3 cup per serving)

Directions

Mix everything except the rice together and let chill overnight or at least a few hours so the flavor comes together. Spoon about a 1/2 cup of the chicken on top of 2/3 c. rice rice and heat up.

Serving Size: Makes 4 medium or 3 larger servings
