    2.5 medium zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
    .5 cup bok choy, chopped
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    3 green onions, cut into pieces
    Nasoya Cubed Super Firm Tofu (9.9 oz package)
    Archer Farms Mukimame Shelled Soybeans (1 bag, prepared)
    1/3 cup thai peanut sauce
    4 T LiteHouse Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing


Stir-Fry ingredients until heated through and veggies are cooked yet still crisp.
