    2 large cans of chicken packed in water
    1 small can cream of chicken
    1 small can cream of mushroom
    1 small can of diced tomatoes with onions & peppers, hot or mild (depends on your liking)
    1 small yellow onion, diced
    1 package of corn tortillas, 15 count
    1 package of shredded cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl, mix canned chicken, both soups, tomato mix, and onions. Add pepper if desired.
3. Lightly spray a large casserole dish with PAM.
4. Tear each tortilla into fourths.
5. Make thin layers of the following until all ingredients is gone. These are the layers: tortillas, chicken mix, and cheese. Go lightly on the shredded cheese that way you'll have plenty to cover the top layer.
6. Baked for 30 minutes or until center is bubbly.
